Year Up supports urban youth through six months of personal, professional, and technical skills classes to become polished job candidates, and then through six months in corporate internships, paid for by the businesses. Young people leave Year Up with college credit, essential work skills, and experience navigating a corporate setting. Within four months of graduation, 87% have landed long-term jobs.
