Match Beyond’s mission is to coach and support committed low-income adults to attain career-relevant college degrees and obtain jobs with competitive professional salaries. To achieve this mission, Match Beyond provides personal coaching, study support, and job placement services to high school graduates in Greater Boston who enroll, via Match Beyond, in low-cost college degree programs at College for America, an innovative online program through Southern New Hampshire University.  In addition, Match Beyond builds relationships with local employers and provides customized, real-time coaching to help students obtain good fit jobs.
